The name Zenith Engineering and Works was coined by Sh. Jitender Singh, younger son of Sh. Gurmail Singh whose visionary approach and deep understanding of the agricultural industry played a key role in shaping the company’s identity. Jitender not only provided the vision to establish the company but also played a critical role in acquiring the industrial plot that would serve as the foundation for the company. Since its inception, Jitender has served as a Visionary Contributor and Advisor offering his expertise and guidance, helping to steer the company’s strategic direction.

The leadership of the company was further solidified with the inclusion of Sh. Virender Singh, the elder son of Sh. Gurmail Singh, as the Managing Director. Virender’s experience in mechanical and structural fabrication, followed by his pivotal work at the seed processing plant since 2020, has significantly contributed to the company’s growth and operational success.

In November 2024, Dr. Sonia Siwatch Khatkar, a renowned Nano Materials Scientist and the youngest daughter-in-law of Gurmail Singh, became a Guiding Force for the company.
